UNISA - Vision 2020 Campaign

In the year 2019, the University of South Africa (Unisa) embarked on an external advertising campaign to promote undersubscribed or prioritised qualifications to specific market segments for the year 2020. To achieve the above, the Department: Institutional Advancement (DIA) implemented an effective and creative campaign plan. The purpose of the plan was to promote and elevate focus areas in order to reach the right audience.

My role was to come up with the campaign big idea 'Vision 2020', that spoke to an ability to see clearly into the future by both students and faculties. I was also responsible for creating a visual look and feel that resonated with the youth whilst also representing the institution well. Together with a team of writers and digital media specialists, we produced a campaign that was able to reach the intended market and meet the objectives of the client.
